Legal Analytics is a joint venture which was founded in 2006 to provide internet marketing services to firms in the legal profession.

The vast majority of law firms now have their own website. Some utilise the facility proactively by including news items, legal developments, promoting events and providing regular updates; others are content to adopt a more passive role and are content if their site functions correctly and is navigable and informative to those who access it.

Whichever attitude a firm adopts regarding its presence on the worldwide web it is (or should be) a prime objective to ensure that their site is seen, and their services therefore considered, by those who browse the internet seeking a provider of legal services. Prominence on the internet is now as important as a listing or advertisement in Yellow Pages used to be.

Legal Analytics was established to promote and give prominence to websites of law firms to maximum effect, without the need to resort to paid for advertising.

The joint venture partners are Alcander Ltd and CMA Ltd. Alcander is an Internet Marketing consultancy, established in 2002, which provides search engine optimisation services to various industry sectors. CMA is a management consultancy established in 1986 which provides strategic marketing and management consultancy services to the legal profession.
